The Early Settlers of Crosby County

The Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum houses a variety of historical collections from the late 19th through the mid 20th centuries since its beginning in 1958. The original museum is a replica of the 1876 Hank Smith "Rock House." It houses displays of Hank and Elizabeth Smith, the first permanent settlers in the county.
