Step 1
Option 1: Fill out the form below with all your event details, and submit the form.
Option 2: Print out the PDF, fill it out, and bring it to the museum. Feel free to call the museum, or email us at hello@ccpmmuseum.com if you need any questions answered regarding your event rental.
Option 3: Come into the Museum during normal operating hours and we can fill a form out with you!
Step 2
We will reach out to you once we have checked availability to confirm your details and let you know we are ready to receive your deposit & downpayment.
Step 3
Make your downpayment to confirm your reservation. We accept cash, check, and card. Card payments can be made over the phone. Your reservation is not confirmed until we have received payment, which means if you pay by check, it will not be confirmed until the check has cleared. Check’s should be made out to CCPMM.
Step 4
When you're ready to set up for your event, come on in, pay the remaining balance on your reservation, sign the rental agreement if you haven't already, and we will make sure you have everything you need and all your questions answered.
Step 5
After your event has ended, and all duties outlined in the rental agreement are fulfilled, you're all set and we hope to see you again next time!
Please kindly keep in mind: Our purpose and priority are as a museum, and community center. We provide event rentals as a service to the community, when and if the space is available. We are happy to provide you with a clean space, tables, chairs, and cleaning products so you can hold events here! Please understand though, that we are not a fancy event rental company with the resources to set up, decorate, break down, and clean up after events. As it is your community center, we hope you can take pride and responsibility for it during your rental with us!
Only the rented spaces and restrooms will be left open during most events.
Can the event be during museum hours? After hours? We will do our best to work with whatever schedule you have, and to accommodate whatever your needs are.
